The grinding-brushing machine can obtain duplex surfaces by grinding, brushing or both from 120 grit to 400 grit with 2 calibrated sandpapers and 1 brush. It can process sheets up to 1600*4500 mm in thicknesses between 0.50-4.00 mm. With its powerful air suction and filtration system, it not only does not give dust to the environment, but also cleans the ground surfaces. The banding line applies PE coating material from 10 microns to 100 microns on sheet plates up to 1600 mm width without any length restrictions. The unloading and stacking unit ensures that the long and short sides form a neat package by taking the taped sheet plates over the conveyor belt with the vacuum mechanism and stacking them on the pallet.
