Stainless Sheet Cutting Unit

The uncoiling unit can unwind up to 15 tons. The straightening unit has the ability to straighten stainless steel sheet up to 1600 mm wide and 3 mm thick by unrolling it from the coil. It has an electronic control mechanism to correct the thickness changes in the width of the rolled sheet. It is a 6-layer roller system and BA can straighten painted and coated surfaces without damaging them. Servo pit pulling system determines the sheet length to be cut from the roll with tolerances below 1% and sends it to the guillotine shears. Pneumatic guillotine shears cut stainless steel up to 3mm.
