One of the major problems of the plastic industry is the waste produced during production. Color and thickness changes, slitting, edge trimming produces a lot of waste during production. Theoratically you can use it in production but in reality you face a lot of problems such as melt flow instability, color changes, holes, marks on surface ,etc.. Most companies sell their waste or produce low price products such as pipes, roofing just to save some cost. Our high performance microniser enables you to use your own waste without sacrificing quality. With our own design, we provide both high performance and very fine powder structure with one piece asymmetrical blade geometry. The rotating and fixed knife is water cooled and there is no water contact with the material. Unlike water sprayed cooled micronisers there is no risk of dump material due to excessive water or yellowing problem due to low cooling water. If the temperature inside the machine increases for any reason machine is stopped automatically to avoid burning material. The customer has the opportunity to micronise his own materials to see the performance of our machine. The 500mm grinding disc diameter and the powerful 55kW motor provide high performance.
