The building, which has a reinforced concrete load bearing system, has been designed as a seismically base-isolated system and superstructure has been isolated at the foundation level against earthquake effects. The seismic isolators has been designed, manufactured and is being installed by TİS Teknolojik İzolatör Sistemleri A.Ş. The construction works have been completed by Pekintaş Yapı.
