Terraces / Roofs have generally leaking problems in winter times. It is possible to solve as like problems with liquid applied membranes. Clever Polymers has Waterproofing systems which makes solutions for leaking problems. Roof Concrete can be primed with Clever Polymer primer groups. Joints are bevelled with Clever Pah Band. After Tape application process , liquid membrane Clever Pu Base 110 and top coat Clever 640 TC should be applied.If needed, overcoats can be applied. If the roof is exposed i overcoat is not recommended. Thus, the roof can be opened to pedestrian traffic in a short time after dry.
