Boom Makina, which is known for concrete dispenser systems and machines in the construction industry, has identified the problem of spreading the pollution on the construction sites to the city on its vehicles and wheels, and has implemented the project of the first car wash system product in 2009. Upon the increasing demands in a short time, he established this project in Şekerpınar with the brand of Ake Makina, which he created as a sub-company.

AKE Machinery; It continues its engineering, manufacturing and commissioning services according to different capacities and needs in a thousand square meter production area consisting of open and closed areas.

AKE Machinery; Continuing its production with the principle of "optimal budget, high quality and maximum performance", it has become the preferred solution partner of all its customers to whom it has served and will serve in a short time.

It is a model developed for construction sites where reinforced concrete resting pool is not preferred and for situations where the construction site application process is short. Before the assembly of the platform; At the construction site, the pre-collection pool (ideal size 1m3) manufactured from reinforced concrete in the dimensions designed by our technical team and the beam system on which the platform will be placed should have been installed by the customer. After the preliminary preparation in question, Rainstorm Iron series washing platform is mounted on the reinforced concrete structure prepared by our assembly team.

RAINSTORM IRON WORKING PRINCIPLE;

During the washing process, the mud and dirty water cleaned from the vehicle accumulates in the front collection pool located next to the platform. The accumulated coarse dirt and sludge is pumped into the dirty water chamber of the settling and settling tank with a high flow sludge pump. The sedimentation process takes place in the dirty water tank and the scraper conveyor discharges the coarse dirt that has settled out of the system. Meanwhile, the water purified from its coarse dirt is filtered a second time during the overflow process and transferred to the clean water tank. The system, which continues its closed-circuit operation, provides significant water savings, while providing advantages such as portability thanks to its compact structure and no additional work required for coarse dirt removal thanks to the scraper conveyor.
