Boom Makina, which is known for concrete dispenser systems and machines in the construction industry, has identified the problem of spreading the pollution on the construction sites to the city on its vehicles and wheels, and has implemented the project of the first car wash system product in 2009. Upon the increasing demands in a short time, he established this project in Şekerpınar with the brand of Ake Makina, which he created as a sub-company.

Before the assembly of the platform; At the construction site, the Resting Pool (closed circuit water settling pool system) manufactured from reinforced concrete in the dimensions designed by our technical team and the beam system on which the platform will be placed must have been installed by the customer. If there is a shortage of space at the construction site, project dimensions specific to the current situation are arranged. After the preliminary preparation in question, the Rainstorm Station series washing platform is mounted on the reinforced concrete structure prepared by our assembly team.

RAINSTORM STATION WORKING PRINCIPLE;

The mud and dirty water cleaned from the vehicle during the washing process accumulates in the dirty water reservoir of the resting pool installed next to the platform. In this system, which does not have a scraper conveyor, the coarse dirt and mud in the dirty water settles to the bottom of the dirty water pool. The stagnated water in the settling process overflows into the clean water pool where the submersible water pumps are located. When the coarse dirt and mud accumulated in the settling process reach a certain density, they are evacuated by construction equipment. The system continues its closed circuit operation and provides significant water savings.
