General Information About Bronze Material Bronze is an alloy of copper and tin. Usually 10% tin, 90% copper is found. The higher the tin content, the higher the hardness of the bronze. It softens as the tin content decreases. In order to increase some of its properties and reduce its price, lead and zinc are added in certain proportions in addition to tin, and the material known as red in the colloquial language is obtained.

Bronze bushings are produced by centrifugation and sand casting method. It is used in the manufacture of bearings, bushings and gears. Extends the life of the machine. It minimizes malfunction and maintenance.

Bronze rod and pipe sizes: usually 500-600mm in length, imported and drawn ones are 1.5 - 2 - 3 meters in length. Phosphor bronze sheets are available from 0.20 mm thickness up to 20 mm. The thick ones are 2 meters long and the thin ones are in rolls and are 40-50 meters long.
